One of the best restaurants in Portugal. Amazing local cuisine. The ingredients are top quality and the owner is very kind and speaks very good English. Highly suggested: shrimps, clams, tuna belly and sardines.if you want an authentic, top quality Portuguese experience, this is the place.

One of the best discoveries! The food was wonderful. We ate there twice! The service was super friendly. They speak great English! The prices were great! The best place we ate this vacation. I recommend the tuna with onion and the shellfish rice.

So thankful for finding this authentic restaurant. Tucked away in the middle of town, there was plenty of parking and a nice breeze to keep us cool while we dined in the shade of the outdoor seating. Between the kind and welcoming waiter to the sweet and accommodating owner, we enjoyed some delicious local seafood. Our family has severe food allergies and we were assured the food would be prepared safely. An abundance of food and wonderful drink made for a memorable experience. Food was gorgeous, everything was fresh and tasty. Sangria was lovely. The owners are warm, welcoming and know what they're doing. Inside is full of character and the place is a little bit tucked away: proper hidden gem. We all left happy and stuffed

Delicious seafood in a very authentic setting. Manuel and the staff make you feel very welcome and go above and beyond for all the customers for prices that don't break the bank. Would highly recommend this place.

Bom Petisco is a gem that you don’t want to miss in Albufeira. They have an extensive menu of fresh seafood and other yummy dishes (and drinks, like their sangria!) The owners are like family and great people all around. I highly recommend this spot!

Absolutely outstanding experience. The food here is top quality – fresh fish, generous portions, and all at very reasonable prices. This is no typical tourist restaurant. It’s family-run by people who genuinely care about both the food and the service they provide.
In over 8 years of visiting the Algarve, I’ve never come across service like this. Friendly, attentive, and passionate – it made the whole meal even more memorable. Everything is cooked fresh on-site, and you can really taste the difference.

The owners were completely WONDERFUL. The experience only surpassed by the freshness and taste of the squid, prawns and fish. Garlicky and so tasty. One of our group swears it’s the best rice she’s had in years. Completely hidden gem.

This is the best food in Albufeira, and some of the best I’ve had in Portugal (as a local). Really delicious and amazing service as well. Went there 4 times in our 5 day vacation and wish we could have went even more. Every dish was perfect!

Traditional family run restaurant with home style cooking. Truly delicious, good price. Feels like had a dinner at good friends’ place. A couple tray runs the place is very friendly and lovely people! Don’t miss out on trying local cuisine in this amazing place!
